Booking Conditions

$100 deposit is required at time of booking. Full payment required 7 days prior to arrival.  

Please note a 0.65% surcharge applies when paying by Visa or MasterCard. American Express is not acceptable.

Bonnies has a 48hr cancellation policy (except during Peak Season dates), so to avoid one night’s fee we require that guests cancel before 2pm (48hrs) 2 days prior to arrival.

1-Night-Fee will be charged for no-show and late cancellation.

During Peak Season dates a 7 days cancellation policy applies before the check in date, if within 7 days of stay no refund will be given, except in exceptional circumstance and at complete discretion of Bonnies Management. 

Apartment 1&2 are dog friendly for quiet well trained dogs. Maximum of 1 large or 2 small Dogs per Apartment. Dogs must not be left unattended in Apartments. Dogs must not enter any other Apartment other than 1&2. A $200 fee will be charged if pets have stayed without prior approval.

No smoking policy applies throughout complex and grounds.

Penalty fees of $200 apply if extra cleaning is required.

Any breakages, missing items will be charged for at quote or price list quoted in room.
